Soul Spaces goal is to promote the concept of well being and healing thru arts of different mediums as well as to provide a friendly space for people to learn about different holistic healing techniques and holistic/earth-friendly products. Soul Space is also a place to celebrate the coming of the summer solstice, featuring a program of live music, dope DJ sets, spoken word/open mic, live painting, and much more.

 

HOW TO PARTICIPATE

 

Products & Services: All products and services must be reviewed by Soul Space Coordinators, and we reserve the right to refuse any products or services, which we deem inappropriate.

 

Fees: Fees are commensurate with the size of the booths. All vendors are required to pay a fee of $100 for a 10’ x 10’ space, $50 for  8’ x 6’,  $30 for 4’x6’

 

Tables and chairs: There are limited tables and chairs available. All vendors are required to bring their own tables and chairs, unless arrangements have been made otherwise.

 

Setup & Breakdown: Setup time is 9:00AM – 10:30AM. Breakdown time is 6PM – 7PM.  Vendors are responsible for cleanup within a 10 ft radius of their booth. Event time is 11AM – 10PM, Art Reception is 7PM-9PM (Booths must be broken down by 7PM)

THIS COOPERATION AGREEMENT (hereafter “agreement”) is entered into by and between BREATHE BODYWORKS (hereafter “BB”) producer and organizer of the 2007 Soul Space Festival, LOST SOULS CAFE 124 w. 4th St., LA 90013 (hereafter “LSC”), and _______________________________ (hereafter “vendor”) whose address is _______________________________________________.

 

Vendor is a privately held corporation, business, or organization existing under the state laws of California. Each party represents and warrants that it is free to enter into this agreement without violating the right of any person, that its trademarks do not infringe on the trademarks or the trade names of any person and that it will comply with all laws and regulations pertinent to conducting its business.

 

Vendors take full responsibility for themselves and their participants, and will not hold BB, LSC or the property owners of LSC liable for any injuries or disputes that occur on the premises of LSC during the festival.

 

With the submission of this application and fees, I agree to abide by all of the rules governing my company’s/organizations participation in the 2007 Soul Space Festival. I fully understand that $30 of  my vendor fee is non-refundable.
